Registration starts: 7:30 a.m.
Athlete briefing: 8:40 a.m.
Heat 1: 9:00 a.m.

They will let you know what heat you are in that morning so try and show up early to warm up/stretch in case you are in heat 1.

1. Build to max Snatch in 12 minutes

2. EMOM 10 – use 75%-80% from max out
Power Snatch  + Hang Snatch + Snatch
