Additional focus this week will be on rest and recovery.  Recovery is what allows the body to replenish energy stores and repair damaged tissues that exercise causes.   Take this time to also add in extra work on mobility, skill and goat development AND GET EXTRA SLEEP.  With the holidays upon us this week this a great time to get in some extra rest but be mindful on the many bad eating opportunities that will be presented.
