Weightlifting is an unkind emotional roller coaster. We continue to come back to bar time after time however because consistency is the only thing the bar understands. So relish the moments you can; and then get back to work! Congrats to Kristin who hit a personal milestone cleaning 200# for the first time. (Don't worry she's actually celebrating here)
