***Reminder that there is a sign up board for those of you who plan to participate in this weeks final open workout. PLEASE GET SIGNED UP ASAP to help us schedule out the day.
We will be starting heats at 10:30am and will run as many as we need to get everyone through the workout.  If you are not registered for the open you are still welcome to sign up and participate in the workout.
Once all heats are completed everyone (and friends/family) is welcome to hang out for a post 2015 CrossFit Open Cookout.  There is a donation box on the front desk if anyone wishes to pitch in a few bucks to buy meat for the grill.  Any other food to bring is always welcome as well.  BYOB.  Please check and post updates to the facebook event page at https://www.facebook.com/events/1376547532651975/
 
Very proud of all the hard work and huge effort put out this year for the open.  Could not ask for a better group of people to share the day with and cheer for one last time!
