these numbers will be needed for upcoming strength cycle work so make sure you get in and keep track of your numbers.

For those of you that don’t already know Chris will be moving to Minneapolis and tomorrow will be his last day at CFM. He has been with us for 4 years and been one of the most consistent athletes in the gym. The noon class will have a big void to fill my friend. Yet another reason why what we do is so much more than just a gym. We all wish you the best of luck on your new venture west. Get in tomorrow and throw some hugs around!
