Alright guys it’s that time of year again. We are gearing up for our 2017 CFM Nutrition & Fitness Challenge.
As we enter the new year there is always talk about resolutions, changes etc etc. Problem is it’s usually that “talk”. Well just talking about it does nothing; I know very surprising right?
I have at all times of the year countless people telling they want to get in better shape, they want to lose weight and look better, they want to do extra programing to compete. I want I want I want. Well here is what I want: show me the work. This is your chance to kick start the year right and with the CF Open right around the corner there is no time like the present.
There is an obvious goal here that you take what you learn about food, yourself, discipline and planning and use that through the rest of the year. This is NOT the one out 12 months that you eat well. You and you alone are in control of what goes on your plate and in your mouth. You cannot and will not “work off” eating like shit. It is very simple guys, you eat well you preform better, that that is not just limited to the gym but life in general.
Begin planning now and we will commence the 30 day challenge next week. I will put out more information, rules etc over the next few days. We are also going to have to have everyone be measured before the challenge starts.
