10 Sit Ups
3 Plate Run
*3 bumper plates will have to be moved from one side of the gym to the other one at a time.  Partner 1 will pick up one plate and run it to the opposite end of the gym and place it on the ground. They will then sprint back grab the second plate and return to stack it.  The plates will constantly be changing starting and ending sides.

~Score is the number of plates moved.
