The workout and days events briefing will be at 10:10am so please be there well before that to start to check in, fill out waiver if you have not before, warm up and settle in. The first heat will go off at 10:30am. As people come in and register the heats will be put up on the white board
After heats are finished we hope you guys hang out, eat some food enjoy some drinks and have a good time!
