- Group Strength-Training For Runners: Once-weekly or twice-weekly meetings to work on explosiveness, power, flexibility, range of motion, single-leg stability, running mechanics, and more!
- Group Running-Training Sessions: Meet with a small group of runners to execute track and road running workouts. When possible, overlapping training sessions so intervals are run with others.
- One-on-One Training Sessions: Hour-long sessions to analyze your running form with a focus on correcting biomechanics to maximize efficiency and minimize injury.
- Running Training Programs: Take your training to the next level with a completely personalized program made with your goals and schedule in mind. Specializing in race preparation for:
- Marathon
- Half-Marathon
- 5k & 10k Road Races

Every session is built around the physical demands of running, helping improve stride mechanics, efficiency, and durability.
